A few of my friends are totally into finding cheap eats around town. Happy hours are great, and if you don’t really drink then you get awesome meals for not much break in the bank.
Ordered a Calamari and Mussels for apps. Calamari was freaking AMAZING.
For the pizzas we ordered a Margherita and a Gorgonzola/Arugula/Pear/Walnuts. The margherita was very ho-hum. No buffallo mozz or sliced tomatoes. And basil was sliced thin.
The gorgonzola pizza was quite good. You can actually taste the pear chunks. I found pears as a topping kind of odd, but it defo works on pizza. yum! Compared to a similar pizza at zpizza, this was much better.
