It’s easy to get caught in a bubble, especially in such a cool town like Austin. But traveling to different locales is such an enlightening experience. If you are blessed with the opportunites to be mobile, by all means take it! Your life will be rewarded tenfold. Looking back, one of the most amazing experiences was taking trips out of the country – Philippines, and Dominican Republic. It’s also cool to have friends around the world – I have a good college friend in Germany, and a gal in Japan, etc.
Tried Hoboken Pie for the first time with a friend L, who’s traveled around the world a lot particularly in South America. Though I haven’t seen much of the world yet, I love living vicariously through people’s travel stories. What better over pizza!
We got a Mediterranean pizza, with olives, feta cheese, and such. I wasn’t too particular about this pizza. Crust was doughy and plain, and didn’t seem very special. Will have to check this place out again sometime for their other pizzas. They sound good, hopefully better than this time!
